Stakeholders

TRiP is a shared commitment by multiple human service agencies including:

◽ Ministry of Social Services (MSS)

◽ Ministry of Community Safety [formerly: Ministry of Corrections, Policing and Public Safety (CPPS)]

◽ Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA)

◽ Regina Public School Division (RPSD)

◽ Regina Catholic School Division (RCSD)

◽ Regina Police Service (RPS)

TRiP does not deliver direct services to individuals.  Rather, relevant stakeholders, in collaboration with existing community agencies (who deliver programming and services for youth) work together via coordinated custom case conferencing to improve client outcomes. This is achieved through intersectoral collaboration, risk reduction, and coordinated service provisions.

Each TRiP stakeholders provides a staff member(s), financial and in-kind contributions, and has a senior representative on the Steering Committee.
