Conclusion
TRiP will remain involved with a young person until there is a point of mutually agreed upon stability, at which time there is a transition plan put in place, and TRiP will close the file.
At various points throughout the process, a referral may be concluded.
Reasons for file closure include: lack of engagement from the caregiver; refusal to attend school; leaving/moving from the City of Regina, or a change in status with the Ministry of Social Services; disinterest from the youth; stability.
